Zamirsew offers the following Returns Policy:

Our number one priority is to resolve any issues to your satisfaction but if needed you can return your item within 7 days of receiving your item once you have called and gotten an Return Authorization number

Machines must be in same condition and packaging as shipped AND shipping charges can not be credited. Buyer must pay for all return

shipping with insurance.

On free shipping items there will be a deduction of shipping fees before any money is refunded.

Machines must be inspected and have to be in same condition as when shipped.

There will be a 15% restocking charge. Buyer must get a RA # before any returns will be accepted .

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns as well as guaranty work .

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All Free Shipping Items only include shipping within the contigious USA cities, some exceptions apply, contact us (smaller parts) AK. , HI. and Puerto Rico are extra, please contact us for an exact freight quote.
